Newey Goodman Park is in Hall Green, Birmingham near the Stratford Road. Used to be a Recreation Ground / Open Space.
Newey Goodman Park was named after a company that used to be on the Robin Hood Lane in Hall Green called Newey Goodman Ltd. After it closed down, and was demolished, houses were built around Newey Road, Goodman Close, Longfield Close, Bissell Close and Glover Close. The Council developed the open space into the park around 2013 and 2014.
